The Skyline College Career Services Center (CSC) is excited to welcome the newest member of the CSC staff, Adriana Armas. Adriana, who was recently hired as the new Career Resource Counseling aid, is also a Skyline College Alumni and is anything but new to the Skyline College family. Adriana started off as a student-assistant, and has been part of Admissions and Records for the past two years. Adriana Armas continued her education as she transferred to San Francisco State University where she recently graduated this past May 2013. During her time at SFSU Ms. Armas was a member of the International Honor Society in Psychology. She also completed an internship at the Women’s Jail in San Francisco as well as an internship at Alpha Pregnancy Center.
Ms. Armas plans to further her education and one day become part of the counseling profession. The CSC is truly grateful to have such a friendly and charismatic individual join our staff. Along with her welcoming attitude and ability to relate well to students she has proven to be dedicated, knowledgeable, and a dependable person. Please stop by the Career Services Center to welcome Adriana Armas as the newest member of the CSC team.
