Skyline College’s Institutional Planning Committee (IPC) held its first meeting of the year on Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Much was discussed and moved forward in terms of institutional planning. Highlights include the Sustainability Plan and Human Resources Plan where there was a rich dialogue for both documents before voting to recommend to College Governance Council. Also, a discussion was had regarding the upcoming accreditation site visit and how the planning processes and documents of the college demonstrate our commitment to continuously reflect, assess, and improve the work that we do. Upcoming items for review are the Comprehensive Diversity Framework, the Balanced Scorecard, Annual Program Plans/Comprehensive Program Reviews, and the Administrative Leadership and Unit Reviews.
