Dr. Pearl Ly, Learning Commons Director, was selected for an International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) 2016 National Committee Fellowship. IFLA is the leading international body representing the interests of library and information services and their users. It is the global voice of the library and information profession. Dr. Ly will be representing Skyline College and California Community College libraries at the IFLA 2016 Congress that will be held in Columbus, Ohio from August 13-19, 2016.
