Please join me in welcoming Dr. Bianca Rowden Quince to the faculty position of Instructional Designer in the Center for Trans formative 
Teaching and Learning (CTTL). Dr. Rowden Quince will provide pedagogical and educational technology support for face-to-face, hybrid and online courses.
Dr. Rowden Quince earned a Doctorate in Learning and Instruction from the University of San Francisco, and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from San Francisco State University. Dr. Rowden Quince comes to Skyline College from Pacific Oaks College in San Jose and the University of San Francisco, School of Education, Learning and Instruction Department where she has held adjunct faculty positions. She has multiple years of experience working one-on-one with faculty to enhance effective teaching practices, designing and delivering professional development training for faculty, and providing executive-style coaching to faculty, students and staff.
