The Bay Area Entrepreneur Center of Skyline College (BAEC), hosted a Women in Business Panel in celebration of Women History Month on March 17th. The discussion featured women from different industries, all sharing their experiences and perspectives on everything from overcome doubts and fears to how they became the leaders they are today. In addition to share insights, our panel of dynamic women also shared tools and best practices for managing and coping, through this pandemic and in just about any situation. Allowing ourselves some grace, resting in our best, maintaining a daily schedule (that can change) and creating to-do lists, are just a few of the tools and suggestions discussed by the panel.
