rideThe Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance has announced a commute alternative incentives campaign called “Catch a Ride! Let’s Roll, San Mateo County!” from March 1 to April 30, 2014. The program is open to anyone 18 years or older who commutes to work to, from, or through San Mateo County and pledges to take a commute alternative (carpool, vanpool, transit, ferry, bicycle, or walk) at least eight times during the months of April and May.

All eligible pledges are entered into a Weekly Raffle with prizes including Kindle e-readers and gift cards, and all eligible pledges that complete the post-campaign survey are entered into the Grand Prize drawing for an Apple iPad. New pledges (those that did not receive an incentive in 2012 or 2013) can earn a $40 incentive this year after completing the post-campaign survey (choose from Clipper Card, REI, or gas card).
