Danielle_Mason-revPlease welcome Danielle Mason to Skyline College as Program Services Coordinator for the Veterans Resource Center.  Danielle is a Social Worker with over 10 years of leadership and program management experience.  Her primary areas of expertise are in Program Development, Life and Career Coaching, and Community Outreach.

Danielle oversees the Veterans Resource Center at Skyline College as the Program Services Coordinator.  Prior to Skyline College, Danielle interned at Grace After Fire, a service organization that serves female Veterans.  She performed evidence-based research and developed the curriculum for the peer-to-peer support group program.

Her professional experience includes working as a Veterans Service Representative at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she adjudicated compensation claims.  Danielle served 8 years active duty in the United States Air Force, managing multiple programs. In 2008 she deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Danielle has a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.  She holds a Professional Coaching and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
