Please join the Academic Support & Learning Technologies (ASLT) Division in welcoming Liezl Madrona to the position of Instructional Aid II. Having recently completed Accessibility MOOC Certification, Liezl will join CTTL staff to assist faculty with accessibility issues related to instructional materials, captioning, and formatting instructional videos. Additionally, she will lend support to CTTL Co-Coordinators Nina Floro and Bridget Fischer, and Instructional Technologist, Ricardo Flores, and will on occasion facilitate a variety of workshops.
Liezl has been with Skyline College since August 2014. Prior to the ASLT Division, she worked in the Global Learning Program and Services Division with the Bécalos Program, and served as Interim Program Services Coordinator for the Language Arts and ASLT Divisions. Before joining Skyline College, Liezl worked with the California Academy of Sciences as a scientific researcher, completing her research career with a publication. Liezl has a Bachelor of Science in Cell & Molecular Biology, with a minor in Chemistry from San Francisco State University.
