Automotive Department faculty and staff – Tom Broxholm, Dan Ming, Ruben Parra, Filipp Gleyzer and Nancy Lam, flew down on Friday morning to attend the Fall California Automotive Teachers (CAT) Conference held at Fullerton College, CA, on October 14-15, 2016.
After battling traffic out of LAX to pick up our rental car, the team drove to Petersen Automotive Museum on Wilshire Boulevard. This magnificent modern red building houses one of the world’s most impressive car collections; from the very first car invention to the latest technology, a wide variety of cars are on display and are all part of the Vault Tour.
Saturday was a full day of networking and classes held at Fullerton College’s Automotive Department. Spring’s CAT Conference will be in Northern California’s Yuba College.
