The Youth Employment Entrepreneurship and Employment program hosted their showcase event in collaboration with the Skyline College Bay Area Entrepreneurship Center at the downtown space. College students, high school students, and middle school students presented their final projects, including business pitches, internship projects, and policy recommendations from summer placements in the community.
In attendance were two Skyline students, Mariska and Jarred Ramos. In addition, Ron Chand, Skyline’s Career Readiness Coordinator, was on hand to assist students with their resumes and job applications during the event, helping students to leverage their summer internship experience for future opportunities.
