Oceana High School hosted their Virtual Career Day on Friday, January 22nd and it was a great success! School Counselor Alyssa Owyang and Principal April Holland organized a successful event, gathering community members to share about their career and experiences with all of Oceana’s students. Oceana has been a Skyline College high school partner for years, helping to enroll high school students in dual enrollment programs through the college. The Virtual Career Day featured Skyline College’s very own Elaine Francisco, who also teaches the Dual Enrollment ECE courses offered at Oceana. This was a wonderful opportunity to promote Skyline College’s ECE Pathway Program and recruit students to enroll in the dual enrollment program at Oceana!
