The Biology and Chemistry Scholars (BCS) program is excited to remind you all of our “Medical School Panel: Preparation Tips & Tricks” event as a part of the Science in Action (SiA) Series. Both BCS and SiA are programs lead by our STEM Center Student Success team. Since many of our students are already considering Medical School, Amber Gougis (STEM Retention Specialist) wanted to provide an opportunity for them to hear directly from 1st and 2nd year Medical School students!
Science In Action is a weekly speaker series lead by Bryan Swartout, STEM Center Program Services Coordinator. Zoom meetings have peaked at 73 Participants almost every week. All of these are being recorded, with speaker permissions, and are available on our YouTube Channel and SiA website.
For our event on Tuesday, March 23rd from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm PT, we will have medical school student panelists from UCSF, UCSD, and Rutgers.
