The Skyline College International Student Program (ISP) collaborated with the Center for Student Life and Leadership Development to create an asynchronized padlet celebrating the Water Festival. The Water Festival is the New Year’s celebration that takes place from April 12 to 16 on the Western Calendar. It is traditionally celebrated in Southeast Asian countries such as Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand. The festival is rich with history and symbolism.
