The Guardian Scholars Program at Skyline College launched on July 1, 2015. The program is committed to providing services to former foster youth at Skyline College to help them succeed in college. The resources include a dedicated space located in Building 2 Room 2-321, a dedicated counselor, a dedicated financial aid liaison, financial coaching, retention support, credit building or repair, resume development or building, cultural field trips, workshops and priority registration. Students may be eligible for free text books, school supplies and a laptop.
