Happy holidays! On Friday, December 5, the Associated Students of Skyline College (ASSC) and the International Student Program (ISP) collaborated and hosted a Private Movie Theater Day for students at the Cinemark Century in Daly City! The event ran from 12:30 to 4:00 PM and was a fun, relaxing break as the semester neared its end.

Students received free entry and complimentary concessions, including hot dogs, popcorn, and drinks. After checking in, they settled into the private theater to enjoy two holiday movies: Elf and Arthur Christmas. The cozy atmosphere and festive films created an inviting space where students could unwind and connect. Throughout the afternoon, students enjoyed their snacks and took the opportunity to build community. The event created a welcoming experience that brought students together during the holiday season!

This collaboration between ASSC and ISP encouraged the students to take a short break before Finals week. For more information about future field trips, please contact Skyline Student Life (skystudentlife@smccd.edu), Skyline ASSC (skylineassc@smccd.edu), or ISP (skyinternational@smccd.edu).
