iPads for Student Checkout at the Library

ipad-checkout-SkylineShines

Skyline College Library now has five tablet computers, all iPads at the moment, for students to borrow. They are available for checkout on a first come, first served basis.

To borrow a tablet, students must have a G number, a valid current Peninsula Library card, and must read and sign the Tablet Loan Agreement form.

Though the startup tablet loan period is two hours and library use only, the Library will increase that time if this service proves popular, and will consider letting the tablets leave in the future. Accordingly, we hope to purchase additional tablets and e-readers.
